LONDON: An Australian photographer has clicked a breathtaking image of the International Space Station (ISS) as it was passing over the Moon. It took Dylan O’Donnell almost a year to get the stunning image, Daily Mail reported.
The US space station completes an orbit of the Earth every 92.91 minutes and moves at 27,600 km per hour. Significantly, it passes across the Moon in just 0.33 seconds. The Moon measures about 3,476 km or 2,160 miles across.
