KARACHI: Customs Appellate Tribunals Chairman Justice (R) Malik Manzoor Hussain has said that pending cases would be done at priority basis as more than 1300 cases have been piled up.
The newly-appointed chairman said this while addressing a reception held in his honour by Customs and Sales Tax Practitioners Association at Customs Appellate Tribunal Karachi.
Malik Mnzoor said that the issue of delayed cases would be solved in a month as “We have started working on these cases.” He said that he will meet the executive body of the association soon to discuss the issues being faced by the bar.
