Keeping in view his vast services in different public sector organizations and his strong business background along with his acquaintance with the issues of Karachi, they were fairly optimistic that Muhammad Zubair would be able to fully realize the grievances being faced by the business and industrial community due to numerous factors and accordingly issue directives to create an enabling business environment in Karachi which is the financial and industrial hub of Pakistan as it contributes a huge sum of more than 65 percent revenue to the national exchequer.

BMG leadership and KCCI office bearers, while extending full support and cooperation to the newly appointed Governor Sindh, stressed the need to make collective efforts to revive the economic activities in Sindh, besides urging the provincial government to take KCCI’s input in the policymaking process. “Any initiative by Governor Sindh to further improve the law and order situation and strengthen the infrastructure of Karachi will be fully supported by Karachi Chamber, they added.

They hoped that the newly appointed Governor Sindh will pay special attention to the issues of Karachi and maintain strong liaison with the Karachi Chamber which represents the majority of business and industrial community and has been working relentlessly to highlight issues at all available platforms and get them resolved as per aspiration of business community.
