Kohat Warehouse receives Rs2.22m of Duty Taxes during 15 days of June

KOHAT: The State Warehouse (SW) Kohat earned Rs2.22million of Duty Taxes during the initial 15 days of June’s Financial Year (FY) 2016-17.

The performance of the SW Kohat has been better during above said period. The Kohat SW collected Rs0.02million of Customs Duty (CD) whereas it did Rs0.14million of miscellaneous duty taxes and surcharges. He added that the SW generated Rs0.04million of Sales Tax (ST) adding that during 1st to 15th of June’s FY16-17, the SW Kohat received Rs0.02million of Additional Income Tax (AIT).
Telling details of May FY16-17, sources said the SW Kohat earned Rs3.5million of All Duty Taxes during the month of May FY2016-17. He further said the SW got Rs1.26million of CD while it did Rs0.08million of RD on Imports.
The SW earned Rs1.0million of ST and SW Kohat did Rs0.12million of ST on Imports while during May FY16-17 SW Kohat generated Rs0.95million of AIT and it did Rs0.09million of AIT on Exports.
