KARACHI: The Karachi stocks Friday remained almost flat as 100-inded gained 17 points to reach 34349.30 points till midday (12:33pm).
On Thursday, the KSE 100-share Index gained 271.01 points, or 0.69 percent, to close at 34,332.43 points. KSE 30-share Index was up 147.57 points, or 0.71 percent, to end at 20,449.01 points. As many as 359 scrips were active; of which 189 advanced, 159 declined and 11 remained unchanged. The ready market volumes stood at 192.39 million shares as compared to 163.809 million shares in the last trading session.
