KARACHI: The Karachi Stock Exchange Tuesday again witnessed the negative trend in trading as benchmark KSE-100 index lost 49.73 points and reached 35446.89 points level.
The stock recorded the highest trading level at 35725.16 points and lowest level at 35371.58 points with the total volume of 167,936,210 shares, having Rs11,341,418,170 value.
On Monday, bulls staged a remarkable comeback with the KSE-100 index recovering entire losses of last week with a huge gain of 384.33 points to close just a stone’s throw away from 35,500 points, at 35,496.62. Traded volume increased by 9pc to 346m shares, while value improved 21pc to Rs13.1 billion.
