KARACHI: The Karachi Stock Exchange benchmark KSE-100 index Thursday lost the early gains by shedding 16.53 points to reach 33359.67 level till midday.
The stock witnessed highest trading level of 33455.65 points and lowest level of 33257.41 points, with the total volume of 51,335,950 shares, having Rs3,757,079,356 value.
On Wednesday, the KSE-100 shares index gained 173.33 points or 0.52 percent to close at 33,376.20 points. KSE-30 shares gained 125.01 points or 0.63 percent to close at 20,048.41 points. As many as 366 scrips were active of which 140 advanced, 204 declined and 22 remained unchanged.
