KARACHI: The Karachi Stock Exchange Friday remained in negative zone as 100-index lost 128.91 points to drop to 34545.70 points level till midday.
The stock recorded maximum trading level at 34710.49 points and minimum level at 34535.95 points, with the total volume of 53,917,910 shares, having Rs2,600,297,132 value.
The three top traded companies were Dewan Cement with a volume of 27,431,000 and price per share of 13.15 (0.90), Byco Petroleum with a volume 17,513,000 of price per share of 19.85 (0.44), K-Electric Ltd with a volume 12,398,000 of price per share of 8.81 (-0.03).
On Thursday, the KSE benchmark 100-index gained 192.61 points or 0.56 percent to reach 34674.61 points, with the total volume of 197,291,910 shares.
