KARACHI: The Karachi Stock Exchange Wednesday regained overnight losses as 100-index added 82.45 points to take the tally at 34598.75 points level till midday.
The stock witnessed highest trading level at 34610.14 points and lowest level at 34429.08 points, with the total volume of 169,380,710 shares, having Rs5,968,703,978 value.
The three top traded companies were K-Electric Ltd with a volume of 94,806,500 and price per share of 9.03 (0.46), Dewan Cement with a volume 15,819,500 of price per share of 11.25 (0.26), Byco Petroleum with a volume 14,630,500 of price per share of 18.41 (1.00).
On Tuesday, the KSE benchmark 100-index lost 193.99 points or 0.56 percent to reach 34516.30 points and volume of 337,864,450 shares.
