LEN-14: Memoona turns first Excise lady to auction 8 golden numbers of bikes

LAHORE: The Punjab Excise and Taxation Department sold attractive numbers of LEN-14 for bikes here the other day.

Excise sold these numbers through open auction at Fareed Court House Lahore. LEN-14-1, was sold at the rate of Rs 24,000 to Waqas Sultan, number “2” was sold
in Rs 13000 to Haris Mahmood. LEN-14-3 was auctioned at Rs 7,000 to a bike owner Shahid Imran and number “5” was sold to Nasarullah in 16,000, “6”
in 6000, “9” in 13000 to Javaid Hussain, “11” was purchased by Nazir Hussain in 11,000 while number “125” was sold to Asif in Rs 10,000.
The auction proceeded under the supervision of lady inspector Memona. This is a first time in history of the department that the auction was supervised by a lady
inspector.
