LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) bars Punjab government to receive agriculture tax till further orders and seek reply from Punjab government and Board of Revenue on March 1, 2016.
According to details Justice Ayesha A Malik issued these orders on five pleas filed by different citizens. In their plea the appellant says that concerned authorities started estimating our agriculture income without any notices, which is totally illegal.
After hearing the arguments Justice Ayesha A Malik bars Punjab government to receive agriculture tax till further orders.
