LHC suspends assessment notification on import of color steel sheet

LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has suspended the notification regarding anti-dumping duty on import of color steel sheets.

On 1.10.2018 during hearing the counsel for the appellant Shafqat Mehmood Chohan appeared on behalf of appellant and argued that the assessment notification issued by the National Tariff Commission (NTC) is beyond the law and violates the right of importers.
