Additional Collector Ghulam Mustafa has almost finalized the list after the approval of Collector Dr Sarfraz Ahmad Warraich. The Model of Customs Collectorate Multan will send the list to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) headquarters by the end of this week.

Most of the employees at the MCC Multan including inspectors, deputy superintendent, superintendent, appraisers, upper divisional clerks (UDCs) and lower divisional clerks (LDCs) and constables are not satisfied in the process of preparing reward lists at collectorate .

Some employees who will be sanctioned rewards are disappointed on the less amount of reward as compared to their performance from the Federal Board of Revenue. Sources informed Customs Today that they performed their duties beyond the duty timing for accomplishment of any task but Federal Board of Revenue is giving them no reward.

Some  employees are not pleased on the preparation of reward list because their names were not included in the lists due to some reasons. The Federal Board of Revenue will award the revenue according to their performance throughout the economic year 2014-15. Employees want that Federal Board of Revenue should formulate much convenient and transparent method for sanction of reward which will be purely based on merit system.
