MCC Multan to hire new auctioneer in place of enough older one

MULTAN: The Model Customs Collectorate Multan has decided to appoint a new auctioneer for the auction of impounded goods and vehicles. The Multan Customs auctions off the impounded vehicles and goods every month at the Customs House. The auction is a handsome source of income for the customs collectorate.

The Model Customs Collectorate Multan has decided to change the auctioneer to generate more revenue. Auctioneer Rana Muhammad Akram is supervising the public sale of goods and vehicles at the Multan Customs along with Faisalabad Customs Auctioneer.

He is above 70 and facing severe health issues. Sometimes the collectorate had also to postpone auctions due to his health issues. The auctioneer is also performing responsibilities of auction at the Customs Intelligence and Investigation Multan.

The applications of those who have good reputation and have been engaged in the auction business for more than five years will be entertained. Being a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry is also prerequisite. Interested candidates have been asked to furnish the bank guarantees along with other necessary documents.
