MCCI president said the need to establish a dedicated desk for guidance and capacity building of MCCI members was felt keeping in view the range of members’ issues and multiplicity of trade information.

“The members of MCCI frequently approach us for guidance and support to get resolved their issues concerning local, provincial and federal authorities and to seek advice on tax and trade related matters,” he said. Some members want personal guidance and face to face interaction with government officials through MCCI assistance and some prefer use of official means of communication eg, letter, fax and email to forward their issues to concern quarters.
