Mis-declaration: Adjudication serves notice to M/s Briska Medical

LAHORE: Collectorate of Customs Adjudication has issued a show cause notice to M/s Briska Medical for Animal, Lahore for mis-declaring the correct description of goods.

Sources told Customs Today that the detecting agency Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) reported that it was evident that the ketamine substance was being exported in the grab of vaccine and supplement through M/s Stallion Couriers of goods.

It was said that there was a sufficient reason to believe that the recovered ketamine of foreign origin was being attempted to be exported to UK by way of mis-declaring correct description of goods, therefore, the recovered goods, being liable to be confiscation.

The Adjudication collectorate has fixed date in the case for December 28 in the office of the collector Adjudication Customs House Nabha Road.

The respondents were told to appear before the collector adjudication in person or through their counsel to defend their side.  They were told to submit written reply on or before the date mentioned in the show cause notice.
