Multan Customs assigns special duties to employees at Customs House during Eid-ul-Fitr holidays

MULTAN: Collectorate of Customs Enforcement has assigned special security duties to employees at Customs House during Eid-ul- Fitr holidays.

The administration branch of the Collectorate has finalized duty charts of officials for holidays of Eid-ul-Fitr. Assistant Collector Multan Customs collectorate Enforcement Naeem Raza has assigned special duties to Customs employees in 14 shifts at Customs House Multan to run their necessary operations. Four employees will perform their responsibilities in every during the Eid-ul-Fitr holidays. In every shift, a customs inspector along with other employees will perform their duties during the holidays.

The Special Eid duties will begin from 1st May Sunday on 6 pm to 12 am at Customs House Multan. Inspector Ahmad Bin Sohail, Sepoy Mushtaq Ahmad, Naib Qasid Abdul Naveed and Bashir Ahmad will perform their duty security duty in Customs House on 1st May 2022. Four shifts will perform their duties on 1st and 2nd day of Eid-ul-Fitr. Each shift will perform their special Eid duties to almost 6 hours.

On Monday 2nd May, Inspector Muhammad Ansar ,Sepoy Tanveer-ul-Hassan, Sepoy Faisal Aslam, Sepoy Khalil Ahmad Bashir are assigned duties from 12 am to 6 am at the Multan Customs House. From 6 am to 12 pm Head Clerk Hanif Piyare,Naib Qasid Sarwar Sindhu ,Sweeper Boota Masih and Mali Dawood Masih will perform their duty on first day of Eid and same staff will perform their duty from 12 pm to 6 pm on  first day of Eid-ul-Fitar.

Inspector Ghulam Asghar, Sepoy Shahbaz Ahmad, Mali Muhammad Ramzan and Muhammad Raja,Masih assigned Eid duties on 3rd May (Tuesday) of Eid-ul-Fitr from 6am to 12 pm. .From 12 pm to 6pm Head Clerk Hanif Piyare Mali Saqib Masih, Cook Iqbal Masih and Sweeper Aqib Masih will perform their responsibilities on 3rd May and next shift of 12 pm to 6 pm.

Inspector Muhammad Farooq, Sepoy Muhammad Umar, Sepoy Husnain Badar, Naib Qasid Hafiz Uzair Ans will perform their duties in second day of Eid-ul-Fitr on 3rd May (Tuesday) from 6 pm to 12am..Inspector Ghulam Abbas, Sepoy Muhammad Ali,Sepoy Muhammad Aftab Ahmad, Sweeper Haji Muhammad will do their Eid-ul-Fitr responsibilities from 12 am to 6 pm on 4th May.

Inspector Muhammad Asif, Havaldar Fazal Abbas, Sepoy Muhammad Asif,N and Sepoy Muhammad Jaffer Shakoor will perform their duties from 6 am to 12 pm on 4th May. Inspector Rana Muhammad Irshad, Sepoy Muhammad Awais Hassan,Agha Tahwar Jang  and Faisal Habib Daftari will perform their duties from 12 am to 6 am on 4th May 2022.

The Collectorate has assigned these duties according to Eid schedule and if the moon appearance then same schedule will be repeated from moon sighted .The inspectors deputed for security duty during Eid holidays will be in charge of their respective shifts. They are given task to deploy officials at main gate, office buildings, residential area for security duty and they will be responsible to ensure attendance of the class IV staff during their duty timings.
