Multan Customs assigns special duties to its employees during Eid-ul-Azha

MULTAN: Collectorate of Customs Collectorate Enforcement and Compliance (E&C) has assigned special duties to its employees at Customs House during Eid-ul-Azha holidays.

According to the details, Assistant Collector Headquarters Aqsa Aslam has issued duty charts of officials who will perform their duties during holidays of Eid-ul-Azha. The Collectorate has assigned special duties to customs employees in ten different shifts at Customs House to carry their necessary operations.

Four employees will perform their responsibilities during every shift in the Eid-ul- Azha holidays. In every shift, a customs inspector along with sepoy, naib qasid and sweeper will perform their duties during the holidays. Each shift will perform their special Eid duties of almost six hours.

On the first day of Eid-ul-Azha holiday 21 July , Inspector Qaiser Rasheed Khan, Sadiq Hussain Naib Qasid and Bashir Ahmad Frash will perform their responsibilities from 6 pm to 12 am. Inspector Azhar Abbas, Sepoy Mushtaq Ahmad, Sepoy Muhammad Ali and Muhammad Ramzan (mali) will perform their duties on 21st July from 12 am to 6 am.

Inspector Muhammad Saleem Khan, Muhammad Khalid (Frash),Sarwar Sindhu (Frash),Dawood Masih (mali) will carry out the assigned job on 21st July from 6 am to 12 pm. Inspector Bashir Hussain Shah, Muhammad Khalid (Frash), Sarwar Sindhu (Frash), Dawood Masih (Mali) has been assigned duties from Deputy Collector Saqib-ur-Rehman during Eid-ul-Azha holidays on 22 July from 6 pm to 12 am. Inspector Shafqat Ali Awan, Sepoy Muhammad Awais Hassan, Raja (Mali), Boota Masih (sweeper).

Inspector Maqsood Ahmad, Havaldar Irshad Ali, Sepoy Kaleemullah, Aqib Masih (sweeper) has been assigned responsibilities shift of 22nd July from 12 am to 6 am. Inspector Ghulam Abbas, Sepoy Nadir Ali, Sepoy Altaf Hussain , Iqbal Masih (cook) are assigned duties 6 am to 12 pm on 22nd July, Insepctor Abdul Samad, Sepoy Muhammad Irfan Qureshi , Nadeem Akhtar  (Mali), Saqib Masih (Mali) will perform their duties from 12 am to 6 am on 22nd July. Inspector Muhammad Farooq, Sepoy Muhammad Shahbaz Ahmad, Ahmad Ali Bukhari (sweeper) and Bilal Ahmad (sweeper) will perform duties from 6 am to 12 pm. Inspector Farrukh Ghulam Abbad , Havaldar Ameer Shah, Sepoy Muhammad Jaffar and Muhammad Waris ( Naib Qasid)  will perform their duties on Friday 23rd July from 12am to 6 am .

The Collectorate has deputed inspector for security during Eid-ul-Azha as incharge of their respective shifts. They will also ensure the attendance of class IV staff during their timings and secure main gate, office building, and residential area of the Customs House Multan.
