Multan Customs collects Rs2833.95m in 18 days of November

MULTAN: The Model Customs Collectorate collected revenue of Rs.2833.95 million during the first eighteen days of November against the assigned target of Rs.4554.54 million.

The Collectorate of the Multan Customs has been given different revenue collection targets from Federal Board of Revenue for the customs duty, sales tax, federal excise duty (FED) and withholding tax (WHT).

The Federal Board of Revenue has assigned revenue collection target of Rs1149.02 million under the head of customs duty for November 2016-17 while Multan Customs has made collection of Rs409.902 million under the head of customs duty so far.

Multan Customs was assigned revenue collection target of Rs3357.92 million to Multan Customs under the head of sales tax for the month of November.

On the other hand, Multan Customs has collected Rs1586 million in wakes of sales taxes for the period of 18 days of November 2017-18. The Customs Collectorate was assigned revenue collection target of Rs28.89 million under the head of federal excise duty (FED) for November and MCC Multan has collected Rs.25.928 million from collection of federal excise duty (FED) during the current month so far.

Multan Customs allocated revenue collection target of Rs23.39 million under the head of withholding tax (WHT) for the said period, while it has collected Rs22.142 million as withholding tax so far in current month of November.

The Model of Customs Collectorate Multan is using all its available resources to accomplish revenue assigned task of November in next 12 days.
