MULTAN: The Customs Intelligence and Investigation Multan has seized foreign origin dates and dry coriander in an operation.
As per details, the Customs Intelligence intercepted a truck during road checking and found 1,340 kilogram foreign origin dates and 1,200 kilogram coriander near Sadiqabad.
Customs Intelligence seized the dates and coriander when the driver failed to provide import documents to prove the possession of the goods. The Customs team has lodged a first information report against the suspects. Further investigations is underway. The estimated value of the seized goods is Rs 500,000.
