MULTAN: The Excise and Taxation Department has started a campaign against non-registered and short token tax vehicles to achieve the assigned targets of the current fiscal year.
Multan Excise and Taxation Director Jaam Siraj has given a special task to excise inspectors to achieve the required targets and on his special instructions a vigorous campaign has been started against the non-registered and short token tax vehicles.
The director has formed six special teams of excise inspectors for general hold up in the city for the next couple of days. The teams will not only check the non-registered but also take strict action against the short token tax vehicles and for this pupsoe the teams have been posted on the important roads of the city.
The main objective of the compaign is to get the assigned targets of the current fiscal year 2015-16.
