Multan I&I assigns special duties to employees on Eid-ul-Fitr

MULTAN: Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation –FBR has assigned special duties to employees for preventing smuggling on Eid-ul-Fitr.

According to details, Director of Customs Intelligence and Investigation has deployed employees in the field intelligence unit to restrain any attempt of smuggling. Smugglers will try to transport smuggled goods and vehicles on Eid-ul –Fitr occasion. Assistant Director Customs Intelligence and Investigation Javaid Raza have directed Customs Intelligence staff to remain alert in the Jurisdiction on the Eid-ul-Fitr.

Deputy Director Javiad Raza has directed Customs Intelligence and Investigation staff to monitor the suspected routes to thwart any smuggling attempt. Assistant Director has assigned special duties to Customs Intelligence employees from 13th to 16th May in the four various shifts.

Intelligence Officer Muhammad Javed Bhatti will perform his duties on 13th (Friday) along with Zulfiqar Ali, Muhammad Afzal and Shakeel ur Rehman. Intelligence Officer Zafar Iqbal Khan will perform his duties with Shahid Mukhtar, Syed Qaswar Shah and Jamil Ghous on first day of Eid-ul –Fitr 14th May.

Intelligence Officer Muhammad Adnan Chandio will perform his duty on 15th May with Amjad Pervaiz, Shahid Mukhtar and Naveed Akhtar. Similarly, Intelligence Officer Syed Akmal Hashmi has been assigned duty along with Muhammad Afzal, Zulfiqar Ali and Saifullah on 3rd day of Eid-ul- Fitr (16th May).
