Multan I&I assigns special duties to employees during Eid-ul-Fitr holidays

MULTAN: Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation has assigned special duties to employees for anti-smuggling operations on Eid-ul-Fitr.

According to details, Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation has deployed their employees in the Field Intelligence Unit (FIU) to restrain any attempt of smuggling. Smugglers will try to transport smuggled goods and vehicles on the occasion Eidul Fitr occasion. Assistant Director Javaid Raza have directed Customs Intelligence staff to remain alert in the Jurisdiction on the Eid-ul-Fitr.

Deputy Director Javiad Raza has directed Customs Intelligence and Investigation staff to monitor the suspected routes of the Jurisdiction to thwart any smuggling attempt. Assistant Director has assign special duties to Customs Intelligence employees from 4th to 6th June in the four various shifts.

Intelligence Officer Muhammad Umer  will perform his duties on 5th June (Wednesday) along with Zulfiqar Ali, Muhammad Afzal and Shakeel ur Rehman. Intelligence Officer Zafar Iqbal Khan will perform his duties with Shahid Mukhtar, Syed Qaswar Shah and Jamil Ghous on first day of Eid-ul –Azha 5th June.

Intelligence Officer Javaid Bhatti will perform his duty on 6rd September with Qaswar Shah, Shahid Mukhtar and Naveed Akhtar. Similarly Intelligence Officer Syed Akmal Hashmi has been assigned duty along with Muhammad Afzal, Zulfiqar Ali and Saifullah on 3rd day of Eid-ul- Fitr (7th June).

Senior Intelligence Officer Nasir Malik will perform supervisory charge that employees are performing their duties on Eid-ul-Azha.
