FAISALABAD: Senior vice president Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry Nadeem Allahwala hails the establishment of 1320 megawatt Sahiwal Coal Power Project . Talking to Customs Today he said that the government is making serious efforts to resolve the issue of power crisis in the country.
He said that previous governments did not handle this challenge properly so now present government is working hard to meet the challenge. He said after coming into power present government adds 1500 megawatt electricity in national grid.
Now government is using all its resources to meet the shortfall in electricity generation. He said Sahiwal Coal Project will be completed in 2017 and Chinese companies are working on this project speedily.
He said government is planning to establish more coal power plants in different parts of the country in future.
