ISLAMABAD: The Federal Ministry of Law and Parliamentary Affairs has approved the appointment of Nadeem Dar as member accountant in Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue ATIR. A notification in this regard has already been issued.
Sources informed Customs Today that prior to this Nadeem Dar was working as Member FATE in Federal Board of Revenue. Now he will perform his duties as member accountant in ATIR on deputation according to Income Tax Ordinance 2001 section 130 (4).
It is necessary to mention here that chairman Federal Board of Revenue Nisar Mohammad Khan already recommended the appointment of Nadeem Dar as member accountant in ATIR. He will work on his new assignment till further orders. Ministry of law already informed Chairman ATIR, and Chairman FBR in this regard.
