Nisar Khan officially holds office of FBR chairman

ISLAMABAD: After relinquishing charge from the post of chairman by Tariq Bajwa, Nisar Muhammad Khan has held the office of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) chairman and started to perform his duties, while the Masroor Ahmad has taken the charge of member customs.

However, three other transferred officials including Inland Revenue Policy Member Shahid Hussain Asad, Administration Member Shahid Hussain Jatoi, Inland Revenue-Operation Member Muhammad Ashraf Khan will leave the office today (Wednesday) as they finished their remaining work on Tuesday and new members named Dr. Irshad Ahmad Khan, Rehmatullah Wazir and Waqar Ahmad will replace the old members.
