KARACHI: Bearish trend continued in the Karachi stocks as 100-index shed 220.28 points to drop to 33164.45 points level in early trading on Tuesday.
On Monday, the KSE-100 index lost 287.99 points (0.86 per cent) to close at 33,384.73. Foreigners sold stocks worth $1.08 million which took the month-to-date foreign portfolio outflow at $14.4m and year-to-date at $171.52m. Traded volume declined to 16-week low of 134m shares (Rs5.2 billion value).
