OPPO Mirror 3 dual-SIM available in India at Rs 16990

NEW DELHI: OPPO unveils the launch of its mid-range Mirror 3 smartphone in the India market for Rs. 16,990. Powered by a 64-bit processor the smartphone is aimed at the mid-range market.

“The smartphone technology is constantly evolving. We are excited to introduce Mirror 3 to our picture-loving Indian customers. It comes with phenomenal camera quality. No matter day or night, the image quality taken from a Mirror 3 smartphone is greatly enhanced as a result of increased CMOS sensitivity, higher resolution, and effective filtering for infrared light. This packed with a host of other features gives the consumer a power packed selfie experience,” said Tom Lu, CEO, and OPPO Mobiles India.

OPPO Mirror 3 is a dual-SIM, dual-Support smartphone with micro-SIM card support. It features a 4.7 inch display and the device measures 137.6×68.8×8.95 mm and weighs 126 gm. The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8916 1.2GHz 64-bit quad-core processor and an Adreno306 graphics processor with 1GB RAM that providing a perfect solution to all types of large-scale games with faster speed and smoother operation. The smartphone comes with 8GB internal storage that is further expandable up to 128GB using microSD card.

The OPPO Mirror 3 is powered by Android 4.4 KitKat based Colour Operating System 2.0.1, which optimizes visual and hierarchical solutions, incorporates a variety of gesture operations like black screen gesture operation, creating a lighter and faster operating experience. OPPO Mirror 3 features an 8 megapixel SONY IMX179 Backside Illuminated (BSI) sensor, with a sensor size of 1/3.2 inches and a pixel size of 1.4µm, as well as a large F/2.0 aperture, 5P lens and Blue Light Filter (BLF). The device also comes with a 5 megapixels front camera with the golden shooting angle design, and unique Beautify function.

It is power backed by a 2000 mAh battery that comes along with a 5V-2A charger and that can charge the device to full power within just 90 minutes. This is 60% faster than the standard rate of charging. OPPO Mirror 3 smartphone features new-generation Smart Remote Technology 2.0+ feature that supports transfer protocols with infrared receiving devices for remote control of various home appliances with infrared protocol, including televisions and air conditioners. The new-generation Smart Remote technology 2.0+ is the perfect extension of the two previous generations of smart remote controls.
