Original attested documents must before filing out of charge GDs

LAHORE: Customs Collectorate of Preventive Deputy Collector Naveedur Rehman Bugvi ordered provision of original documents mandatory before filing out of charge GDs.

According to office order no: C No . 72-V-Cus/RS/T-10/2015/P-IR/08 dated 7.1.2019 it is hereby ordered that all original documents duly attested by bank i.e. (commercial invoice, packing list, EIF form, Benzidine free Certificate, SAPTA/SAFTA and railway receipt RR) must be provided.

The office order further stated that incharge out of charge is also directed to ensure compliance of above orders in letter and spirit and check all original documents before out of charge. The inspector gate T-10 Railway Station is directed to ensure that before out of gate of the goods all the documents are duly attached in original with GDs.

Any laps in this regard shall be viewed seriously the office order concluded as saying.
