KARACHI: A high level meeting between Pakistan and Afghan officials on the issue of Afghan Transit Trade (ATT) was scheduled to be held in Kabul on February 2, but due to negative response from the Afghan side the meeting was not held on the scheduled date.
Sources told Customs Today that a high level meeting between Pakistan Commerce Ministry and the FBR official with Afghan officials was also scheduled but it is also delayed.
In the meeting, Pakistan is likely to raise its concern over the non-implementation of the agreement as well as its decision to renew the agreement to avoid hindrance causing delay and security issues.
