Pakistan to showcase leather, textile, surgical goods in Bishkek

LAHORE: Pakistan’s trade caravan has reached Kyrgyzstan for a two-day road show in Bishkek from May 18 to 19.

The Pakistan Embassy in Bishkek has invited all relevant government organisations and chambers to participate in the inauguration ceremony of the event, the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) sources said here.

The city is full of promotional activities and it is expected that a large number of people will visit the exhibition. TDAP has made special arrangements of B2B meetings for delegates and exhibitors. There is lot of interest of buyers of Kyrgyzstan in leather, pharmaceutical, textile, surgical instruments and sports goods. Pakistan embassy in Kyrgyzstan has informed that buyers were anxiously waiting for this event as promotion/marketing was started one month earlier. TDAP had organised Road Caravan in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan from May 13 to 25, 2016.
