KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee Thursday remained firm against the US dollar in open market and depreciated in interbank.
According to the local money market, the dollar remained unchanged for buying at 104.80 and for selling at 105.50, while in interbank, it lost 20 paisas for buying at 104.50 and for selling at 104.70. On Wednesday, the dollar started the day’s trading at Rs 104.85 for buying and closed at Rs 104.80 for buying after 05 paisas variation in value and stood at Rs 105.05 for selling in open market. The greenback started the day’s trading at Rs 104.30 for buying, with no variation in value closed at Rs 104.30 for buying and Rs 104.50 for selling in interbank.
