KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee Tuesday depreciated against the US dollar in open market and remained firm in interbank.
As per local money market, the dollar gained 40 paisas for buying at 107.10 and for selling at 107.40, while it remained unchanged in interbank for buying at 104.40 and for selling at 104.60. On Monday, the rupee ended low in the open currency market at Rs 106.70 for buying and Rs 107 for selling, shedding 15 paisas from previous session’s level. In interbank, the US dollar closed flat against the rupee at Rs 104.40 for buying and Rs 104.60 for selling.
