KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee witnessed mix trend on Thursday as it lost value against the US currency in open market but strengthened in interbank.
As per the local money market, the dollar gained 10 paisas in the cash-free market to reach 107.50 and shed 35 paisas in interbank to be sold at 105.20. On Wednesday, the rupee showed no change in terms of the dollar for buying and selling at Rs 107.10 and Rs 107.40 in open market. In interbank, the rupee shed one paisa against the dollar for buying and selling at Rs 105.53 and Rs 105.55.
