ISLAMABAD: The United States has given aid to Pakistan Customs to counter smuggling and terrorism.
The aid includes vehicles with latest equipment, bullet-proof jackets, night-vision glasses and gunpowder detecting instruments. The aid will be delivered to the Pakistan Customs on Tuesday (today).
A ceremony will be held at 10am in the auditorium of Model Customs Collectorate. FBR Member (Customs) Nisar Ahmad, the MCC chief collector, Collector Zaiba Hai and Lahore Customs Collector Imtiaz Ahmad will participate in the event.
The aid is aimed at preventing street smuggling and terrorism.
