Peshawar ANF seizes narcotics worth Rs 275 million

PESHAWAR: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF), in its drive against drug trafficking, has carried operations in Peshawar and seized 37.5 kilogram heroin, 4,000 psychotropic tablets and 14.5 kilograms hashish.

The ANF team also arrested seven offenders involved in drug trafficking and impounded two vehicles during the operations. Most of the recovered heroin was being transported abroad. The value of the seized drug is Rs 275 million in international market.
