Peshawar Dry Port generates Rs675.61m income during February

ISLAMABAD: The Peshawar Dry Port collected Rs675.61million all duties and taxes and surcharges during February of Financial Year 2016-17. According to Peshawar Dry Port, the dry port generated Rs238.08million CD whereas it received Rs7.51million miscellaneous surcharges and it also earned Rs27.31million Redemption Duty on imports during February.

The sources further said the dry port got Rs276.91million Sales Tax while it did Rs46.06million Sales Tax on imports during the abovementioned period. During said period, the dry port collected Rs124.01million Additional Income Tax.
