KARACHI: An accountability court on Saturday indicted former Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) Babal Bhayo of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) as well as others in the Rs4.8 million illegal transaction case.
Bhayo belongs to Shikapur district. All accused have pleaded not guilty. The court has summoned witnesses in the next hearing of the case.
According to the details, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had submitted in the court that an illegal transaction of Rs4.8 million illegal was made through the accounts of accused persons.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing till January 10, 2019.
