LAHORE: The Punjab Revenue Authority has written a letter to the Lahore Development Authority to get record of the urban developers working in Lahore on different projects.
The Punjab Revenue Authority has also asked for the record of the payments and bank transactions of these developers. The authority has decided to investigate the record of these urban developers.
It is pertinent to mention here that the Punjab government has imposed tax on urbane developers in the budget of 2013 but these developers are not paying any tax.
The Punjab Revenue Authority has asked for the record of central park housing society, air avenue housing society, IT tower and Gulberg plaza to investigate the financial statements of these developers.
