SIALKOT: Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) has announced to hold training and awareness raising programmes for the taxpayers before issuing them the final recovery notices by taking the traders on board. The PRA is trying to motivate the business community to ensure early deposit of their taxes.
Commissioner Punjab Revenue Authority Abdul Jawad disclosed this while talking to a delegation of local traders led by Sheikh Babar Khurana (President Markazi Anjuman Tajraan Gujranwala) here.
He added that the Punjab Revenue Authority would honour and welcome the positive proposals and suggestions to be submitted by the local traders’ community. He assured that no trader would e harassed. He sought active cooperation of the traders in bringing maximum people under the tax net, in this regard.
