ISLAMABAD: Rukhsana Yasmin, an Inland Revenue Service officer presently posted as Chief Commissioner (IR), Regional Tax Office-II, Lahore, has been granted proforma promotion to BS-21 in Inland Revenue Service with effect from December 02, 2011, along with arrears of pay & allowances of BS-21 from the mentioned date to March 10, 2013.
The decision was taken after the approval of a high-level committee, constituted in the Finance Division for grant of arrears of pay & allowances arising from the proforma promotion under FR-17(1).
