PSX asks TREC holders to submit tax proposals for budget 2017-18

KARACHI: Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has asked the holders of Trading Right Entitlement Certificate (TREC) to submit their tax proposals for budget 2017/2018 for scrutiny and subsequent submission to Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and other relevant authorities.

In a notice issued on Wednesday, the stock exchange asked all TREC holders/shareholders to solicit their proposals on the direct and indirect duly supported by their rationale for incorporation in the forthcoming federal budget for review and consideration on the PSX Taxation Committee of the Board and approval of Board of Directors for onward submission to the SECP and all concerned authorities.
