Legal experts and industry leaders are particularly concerned about the execution and real-world results of the new system, despite claims of enhanced transparency and faster resolution of appeals.

The seminar will feature a diverse lineup of prominent speakers, including Taufiq Aslam, Chairman of the Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue, who will attend as the chief guest. Judicial Members of the Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue, Chaudhry Mohammad Azam and Mian Abdul Basit, are also scheduled to speak, alongside key figures from the tax and legal sectors. Notable attendees will include Nabeela Faran Beg, Chief Commissioner of Land Revenue LTU Multan, and Dr. Mohammad Sarmad Qureshi, Chief Commissioner of Land Revenue RTO Multan. These experts will discuss the potential benefits and challenges associated with the new appeal system.

The seminar aims to identify key challenges in the implementation of the new appeal process while offering constructive solutions to ensure its success. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with experts and strategize on how best to navigate the evolving tax landscape.

The event is being seen as an important step in helping businesses and professionals adjust to the new legal environment and ensure compliance with the revised tax laws. As the tax system undergoes significant reforms, the PTBA hopes to foster greater understanding and transparency among all stakeholders involved.
