Punjab Revenue Authority imposes Section 59 on Yasir Broast, Gino’s Pizza & Fast Food

LAHORE: Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) has imposed Section 59 on some renowned hotels of the City which are evading sales tax by canceling their real earnings, sources said ON Friday.

According to the details, the PRA will monitor the actual sales of the big restaurants including Yasir Broast in Johar Town, Marvel Hotel and Restaurant, Gino’s Pizza AND Fast Food, Nadeem Resturant in Gulberg and others.

Official sources told Customs Today that PRA is sure that above mentioned hotels and restaurants were earning huge sum of money but showing less earnings.

Sources said that the PAR has already deployed its officials at these restaurants and start maintaining their sales records round the clock.

The PRA will assess the actual tax potential from their maintained record and act accordingly, the sources informed further.
