KARACHI: Directorate General of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Quetta has confiscated smuggled Dry fruits worth million of rupees during a raid.
According to the sources, Customs intelligence Quetta intercepted two Suzuki vehicles at Chaman road. During investigation it was revealed that the said vehicle was carrying over three metric tons smuggled dry fruit to Karachi. Customs authorities confiscated dry fruit along with vehicle at the spot.
Directorate of customs had said that it is second raid within two months in which customs intelligence found smuggled dry fruit in a huge quantity.
