Rawalpindi Excise seals 103 tax defaulter properties

ISLAMABAD: The Rawalpindi Excise and Taxation has sealed 103 properties of the property tax defaulters.

According to Excuse and Taxation Officer Shahid Iqbal, owners of properties were not paying the liable property tax of Rs 5.3 million since long.

He added that the operation was conducted in different areas of Rawalpindi including A, B, C and D block of Satellite Town, Dhok Kashmiria, Chaman Zar Colony, Dhok Hasu and College raod and sealed the tax defaulter properties.

He told that the operation conducted on the Sunday so recovery was not possible due to holiday. Meanwhile, he said that the operation will be continued against them.
