WARSAW: Aero Gearbox, a joint venture of Rolls-Royce and Hispano-Suiza, will build a production plant in the southeastern Podkarpackie region of Poland, Rolls-Royce said in a press statement.
The factory will produce accessory drive trains, a critical component of a gas turbine engine. It will employ 110 persons. Construction of the plant is expected at end-2015, first deliveries will commence in 2017. No value of investment was provided in the statement.
