RTO-I collects Rs 42,354m during 20 days of May

KARACHI: The Regional Tax Office-I (RTO-I) recovered a revenue of Rs 42,354 million in first 20 days of May.

Sources told Customs Today that collection process has already been geared up as the current fiscal year is going to end soon. Sources said that the RTO-I collected Rs 40,296 under the head of income tax, Rs 2,012 million as sales tax, while Rs 46 million were generated as federal excise duty (FED).
