RTO-II Chief Commissioner Zaheer for achieving target of March

LAHORE: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Regional Tax Officer-II (RTO-II) Chief Commissioner Khawaja Adnan Zaheer has held a meeting with subordinates to figure out a plan in order to meet the revenue collection target for March, 2016.

According the details, Chief Commissioner Khawaja Adnan Zahir chaired the meeting, which was attended by Inland Revenue (IR) zone-VII Commisioner Dr. Sarmad, IR zone-VIII Commissioner Yasir Pirzada and IR Commissioner Mujtaba Bhatti to review the performance and make plan to achieve the target.

During the meeting, the chief commissioner directed the commissioners to meet the target, besides expediting the arrears; recovery from taxpayers.

It is pertaining to mention here that FBR has assigned Rs 7 billion target for the month of March including Rs 4 billion for income tax and Rs 3 billion for sales tax.
