RTO-II collects 1054 VTCS returns worth Rs113m

LAHORE: Regional Tax Office-II(RTO-II) of Federal board of Revenue (FBR) has collected 1054 Voluntary Tax Compliance Scheme (VTCS) tax returns till 28th April 2016.

Sources informed Customs Today that Regional Tax Office-II has collected Rs113 million under the head of Voluntary Tax Compalince Scheme  in four months. The scheme was announced in January by the prime minister.

Sources said that all field offices of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) will remain open for 8am to 9pm for the collection of VTCS retuns. The date of VTCS returns will expire on 30th April 2016.
